Program Description
QuoteMoto sends transactional and customer care text messages to existing auto insurance policyholders and to consumers who submit a quote request. Messages include payment reminders, policy update notifications, cancellation and reinstatement notices, customer service responses, and follow-ups on submitted quote requests.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive messages by providing your mobile phone number when you request a quote at quotemoto.com or when you complete a policy application with one of our licensed agents. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing a policy.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on policy events, typically 1 to 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier service plan for details.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further program messages. Additional accepted opt-out keywords include: UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any previous QuoteMoto message.
