When you use QuoteMoto inside ChatGPT, OpenAI operates ChatGPT and transmits the tool request to our MCP server. Vercel hosts the MCP server. We do not send MCP tool inputs or results to insurance carriers, agents, or lead buyers. That sharing occurs only if you later open quotemoto.com and voluntarily submit a quote form.

Legal Compliance:

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or legal process.

We never sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain reasonable business records.

• Lead records, quote requests, and related communications: up to 7 years, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Analytics and site-performance data: up to 26 months, or less when a provider applies a shorter period.
• MCP tool inputs and results: our application code processes them in memory to answer the request and does not write them to a database or log them as request content.

• compare_carriers receives a California city you name and an optional filter. It returns carrier reference profiles, not live quotes, rankings, or a claim about which carrier is cheapest.
• get_city_insurance_info receives a city you name. It returns educational city and ZIP-area averages, risk factors, and reference providers; it does not use a street address or precise device location.
• get_sr22_info receives only an optional coverage type and returns educational California SR-22 information.
• start_quote receives no data. It returns a link to the separate quote experience on quotemoto.com.

These tools do not request a name, email address, phone number, street address, precise location, license number, VIN, Social Security number, account credential, or payment information. Results contain only reference data, educational notices, and QuoteMoto links.

Opening a QuoteMoto link requires a user action. The MCP call and link alone do not create a lead. If you open the site and submit its form, the site presents its own consent step and collects the data described in the other sections of this Policy.

OpenAI controls how ChatGPT retains your conversation content. You can stop using QuoteMoto in ChatGPT or disconnect it in ChatGPT settings, and you can use the data controls OpenAI provides for your account. To exercise rights over data QuoteMoto retains, use the contact details below.
